Buneen works with organisations to build cultural safety, psychological safety, capable leadership, and governance that holds. Every engagement is bespoke: procurable on its own or assembled into a program of work, and grounded in Be BRAVE Feel SAFE.

How engagements are scoped

Project. Program. Retainer.

PROJECT

Defined deliverables. Fixed scope.

Four to sixteen weeks. Used where the scope of work is known and the deliverable is named: a framework, an audit, a facilitated process, a written strategy.

PROGRAM

Multi-stage. Multi-month.

Often combines two or three service lines. Used where the work is structural: governance reform, cultural safety embedding, leadership capability uplift run alongside truth-telling.

RETAINER

Ongoing strategic advisory.

Monthly retainer at executive and board level. Used where the organisation needs sustained cultural authority and structural counsel in the room as conditions evolve.

Pricing. Engagements are scoped to brief. Indicative day rate and project ranges available on request. Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations and registered charities are offered Buneen's named concession rate, "low bono", distinct from pro bono.
