How it works

Register, then we talk, then we bill.

You register your interest below for a date.
Within two working days we confirm the seat with you. For the Masterclass, that includes booking a short one-to-one with Shawn before the room opens.
We send a tax invoice. Pay by card from the invoice, or against a purchase order if your organisation is paying.
Your seat is confirmed on payment or purchase order. Pre-work arrives two weeks out.

Transfers to a later date are free within twelve months. Full refund more than 28 days out, half between 14 and 28 days, and a named substitute is always welcome. If a room does not reach its minimum, we tell you five weeks out and refund or transfer in full.
