What We Do – Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching at Buneen is about building capability, confidence and cultural integrity. We work with both First Nations leaders and non-Indigenous managers who lead Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people or work within First Nations organisations.

Our coaching blends executive leadership tools with Aboriginal philosophies of connection, responsibility and community. We focus on developing self-awareness, strong relationships and accountability in action.

Each coaching relationship is tailored. Whether we are supporting an emerging First Nations leader stepping into management, or a senior executive seeking to lead with respect and understanding, our goal is the same: to build leaders who are grounded, capable and courageous.

Cultural leadership is different. It requires strength, reflection and courage.

Our sessions combine practical leadership tools with reflective practice. Each conversation is grounded in real experiences and organisational realities, helping leaders align culture, responsibility and performance.

Coaching Options

Individual Coaching
One-on-one sessions focused on leadership development, personal clarity and accountability.

Team Coaching
Small-group sessions for executive or management teams wanting to strengthen collaboration, trust and cultural safety.

Blended Coaching
Combines workshops with ongoing coaching to support sustainable leadership development and culture change.

Format and Investment

  • 90-minute sessions, delivered online or in person

  • Packages available in 6, 8 or 12-session programs

  • Investment starts from $3,500 per participant (excl. GST)
